I would like to share my real estate experiences with Kim Naves.
Ms. Naves has sold one house for me and helped me purchase four others. In each and every instance she has exhibited nothing but the utmost in professionalism and ethics.
My most recent three purchases have been in the last 16 months. She was tireless in helping me to narrow down my searches and invaluable in the bidding process. Since I was looking at mostly bank owned, foreclosed and short sale properties, I relied on her many, many years of experience in these special, and difficult, real estate transactions.
Each of the three recent transactions presented their own individual challenges, which Ms. Naves handled with the utmost skill. Every transaction was taken care of in a timely and thorough manner.
Upon close of escrow in every real estate transaction I received a credit from her for a portion of her fees without any questions asked. Even when I told her it wasn\’t necessary – she would insist that this is what she does for her clients.
I sincerely hope I am never faced with entering into another real estate transaction without Kim Naves at my side.

I first worked with Kim Naves 7 years ago. I was a recent widow and had never gone through the sale process by myself. Kim guided me through the process and was so nice about answering my constant questions. She handled any problems, reviewed all the paper work and took care of me right to the end. Thanks to her the process was stress free for me. I received my full credit as promised.
Two years ago I was involved in a property purchase with a member of my family. Their Realtor charged the full commission and did not give one tenth the service or degree of accuracy that I experienced with Kim. When I decided in March of this year to sell my home and purchase a smaller one I was so glad Kim was still available.
My house sold quickly, then we began looking for a new home for me. I have always bought newly built and have never used a Realtor to purchase a home. Kim sent me any listing within my price and the areas I requested. However, she would call before she sent one she knew I would like. My father was ill so I appreciated her screening the homes and making it easier for me.
Homes were selling very fast and usually to cash buyers. Kim managed to find me the perfect home even though I couldn\’t pay cash. Kim did explain to me on one of the house I bid on that she could not do a credit back, but she would help pay for some other part of my costs. I didn\’t get that house, but Kim gave me the credit on the sale of my house and the purchase of the new one.
I read the other two reviews. One mentioned how professional Kim was and how well she managed any problems. I totally agree with that. I am not an investor, but I have owned many homes over the years. I cannot say enough about what a truly nice person Kim is and what great service I experienced. I always received my credits and had none of the problems the other review mentioned.

I have done five transactions with Kim Naves as my agent . Three for my personal residence and two income properties. Kim expertly dealt with all of the unforeseen bumps in the road…and every deal we made was nothing but wonderful. I live in the home Kim found for us, and love it every day. It was not the easiest purchase as Kim discovered that our driveway went through our neighbors lot! She negotiated with the neighbor and it was just a minor hiccup.
Kim was nothing but open and honest with us about everything, and talked us out of doing potential dumb stuff. We would not consider another real estate purchase without her on our team.
