Although our fee structure is the lowest around, we are a traditional, full-service, residential real estate brokerage. We provide our state-of-the-art services for a fee that others simply cannot or will not match. The question is not why we charge so little, but why other brokerages charge so much.
Our 4% Listing Fee allows you to sell your home for top dollar and Pay 4% total sales commission, regardless of price. We pay 2.5% to the buyer’s broker, and we keep 1.5%.
Our Unique Buyers Discount Progam rebates 1% of the purchase price back to buyers we represent. On a $500,000 purchase, that’s $5,000 cash back to you at close of escrow!
About Kim Naves
My experience as a real estate agent began when I initially received my California Real Estate License in 1986. Since then, I have worked in the real estate profession as well as owning and operating a successful post production company in the Los Angeles area. I even won an Emmy Award! (See my awards!) These experiences have made me a well-rounded business-person, with a wide range of management, technical and professional skills that can only be achieved through life experiences. I get consistent referrals and repeat business from satisfied clients and I have an exemplary history with the Department of Real Estate and all other regulating agencies. Most of my real estate career has been spent in the greater Sacramento Areas. In the 1980’s, I worked exclusively in Nevada County for a large Coldwell Banker office. I now focus my business in Placer and Sacramento Counties. I was often recognized as one of the top producing agents in my Coldwell Banker office, and continue to do so at Auburn Folsom Real Estate. .
