Testimonials and Reviews for Kim Naves Real Estate Broker

Kim helped us buy our second home and I must say we were very impressed with her right from the get go. A lot of realtors say they go above and beyond but Kim truly exemplifies this. We were coming from out of town to look at properties so we didn't have a lot of time or give her much notice. She seriously dropped everything for u, met us wherever we asked to show us houses, drove us around all of the various neighborhoods, truly exceptional. She would even meet inspectors for us when we couldn't be on site and even after close still helped coordinate administrative stuff. Kim really knows her stuff and goes the extra mile, can't recommend her enough!

Kim is always great to work with. We have bought several properties though her. She is meticulous with the mountain of paper work that is required in todays real estate market. We will continue to use her in the future very pleased with her she is excellent on any part of real estate transactions.

She is the best, period. She handled the sale of our home in Rocklin Ca, in April 2013. She was able to manage unforeseen problems with a high degree of sophistication which revealed her true excellence as a realtor. My wife and I have done about 22 real estate transactions over the years, so I feel that we are in a good position to judge her excellence. We unconditionally recommend her.

I first worked with Kim Naves 7 years ago. I was a recent widow and had never gone through the sale process by myself. Kim guided me through the process and was so nice about answering my constant questions. She handled any problems, reviewed all the paper work and took care of me right to the end. Thanks to her the process was stress free for me. Two years ago I was involved in a property purchase with a member of my family. Their Realtor charged the full commission and did not give one tenth the service or degree of accuracy that I experienced with Kim. When I decided in March of this year to sell my home and purchase a smaller one I was so glad Kim was still available.

My house sold quickly, then we began looking for a new home for me. I have always bought newly built and have never used a Realtor to purchase a home. Kim sent me any listing within my price and the areas I requested. However, she would call before she sent one she knew I would like. My father was ill so I appreciated her screening the homes and making it easier for me.

Homes were selling very fast and usually to cash buyers. Kim managed to find me the perfect home even though I couldn't pay cash. Kim did explain to me on one of the house I bid on that she could not do a credit back, but she would help pay for some other part of my costs. I didn't get that house, but Kim gave me the credit on the sale of my house and the purchase of the new one.

I read the other two reviews. One mentioned how professional Kim was and how well she managed any problems. I totally agree with that. I am not an investor, but I have owned many homes over the years. I cannot say enough about what a truly nice person Kim is and what great service I experienced.

I hope anyone reading this will give Kim a call. I would be happy to answer any questions about my dealings with her. I was very fortunate to have her as my Realtor I received my full credit as promised.

My family has known Kim for 10 years, and she has been our exclusive real estate agent since 2005. From listing our primary residence (and having 4 legitimate offers in one week) to helping us obtain rental properties from difficult bank-owned situations, Kim has always been professional, reasonable and client-focused. Besides being less expensive than other agents, Kim's knowledge of Placer Co real estate values, trends and opportunities has helped my family grow our investment portfolio. As we get ready to list our primary residence again (hello housing recovery!), we will - again - turn to Kim and her expertise.
